YOGA/Wellness CLASSES

We offer 60-minute yoga classes, 7 days a week!

We have a class for everyone, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flows, Beginner’s classes, Meditation and Mindfulness Flows, Restorative Yoga, Pilate’s Fusion, Children’s Yoga, Functional Movement and Strength and Balance classes​​

Classes offered

Vinyasa Flow: 


A Vinyasa flow class is a class with smooth transition between asanas (yoga poses) in
flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise, linking movement with breath. Holding
poses for a few breaths, you'll move from one pose to the next using inhalation and
exhalation. Faster pace than slow flow!


Yogalates’s (Pilate’s/Yoga Fusion):


Discover the Perfect Balance: Join Our Energizing Yogalates Class! Are you ready to
experience the best of both worlds? Our Yogalates class seamlessly blends the mindful,
fluid movements of yoga with the core-strengthening, muscle-toning exercises of
Pilates. This unique fusion creates a dynamic, full-body workout designed to invigorate
your mind and body, leaving you feeling empowered and revitalized!


Yin Yoga:


Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese
medicine, with asanas (yoga poses) that are held for longer periods of time than in other
style yoga classes. The focus of the longer static holds is to increase flexibility in the
myofascial tissues (muscles) and increased range of motion in the joints


Meditation Classes:


This class will engage you in mental exercise as the instructor guides you through a
series of different styles of meditation to clear your mind, bring clarity to your thoughts
and calm the nervous system. Meditation is the concentration of one’s mind on a
specific word, image, breath or sensory in your body.

Restorative Yoga:

 (Relaxation and Stress Reduction)


The primary goal of Restorative yoga is to find relaxation and decrease stress at the
physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels. Yoga props are used to keep the body
supported and not feeling stress on the muscles. This class will consist of static/passive
techniques with support from yoga props for minimal stretch

Yoga For Men:

Unlock your strength, flexibility, and mental clarity with our Yoga for Men class. Designed specifically for male bodies, this session combines dynamic poses and breathing techniques to enhance athletic performance, reduce stress, and prevent injuries. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, join us to build resilience, improve posture, and cultivate a balanced mind and body. All levels welcome

Chair Yoga:


Join us for a soothing and accessible yoga experience designed to be practiced while
seated or using a chair for support. This class focuses on gentle stretches, breathing
exercises, and relaxation techniques suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you're
recovering from an injury, dealing with limited mobility, or simply seeking a calming
practice. Chair Yoga offers a welcoming space to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and
enhance overall well-being. Discover the benefits of yoga in a chair and leave feeling
